BMSA Affiliated Services is a fast-growing building services company, owned and operated exclusively by Bradley Connor.

Bradley has over 20 years’ experience in a variety of fields; within the building industry including, amongst others, home maintenance, security, and mechanical installation and repairs. He also has a particular talent for designing, building, and maintaining properties.

Bradley has a strong attention for detail and undertakes all projects with the utmost professionalism to the extent that strong support for the company has been created via word-of mouth references.

The owner is well known and his work is highly respected. Initially, the main operational area is focused in Johannesburg, this will soon extend to the surrounding areas in Gauteng.

As regards building maintenance and repairs, the BMSA Affiliated Services works for, and with, private homeowners, tenants, landlords, body corporate management and property management organisations.

All parts required for services rendered are sourced from reputable and reliable suppliers.

Once a quotation has been accepted, we do not walk away from a job until the client is 100% satisfied. When required, contractors are hand-picked, highly skilled and owner supervised (when he is not actually doing the work himself!).
